(Lakeport, CA) The Time Bank of Thrive Lake County will get together for education and socializing on Saturday June 20, 2015 from 9am to 11am at the Lucerne Senior Center, 3985 Country Club Drive, Lucerne.
Everybody is welcome! If you're not a time bank member yet, come on down and find out about time banking and meet those who are already benefiting from this complimentary currency of time. If you are a time bank member, meet other time bank members and find others you can get and give services to.
Time Bank members can earn “hOurs” for attending this meeting in the following ways: 2 hOurs for attending the full Meet Up, 1 hOur for each potential member brought, 1 hOur for bringing a potluck dish that serves eight.
Time Bankers exchange time instead of money for services. Membership is open to any Lake County resident, business, or organization. You can also drop by the Time Bank office at 307 N. Main Street, Lakeport (open Thursdays from 10 a.m. To 1 p.m)
